WHEN TO BOOK

We ask that you book a minimum of a month before your event. The sooner you inquire, the better chance you have of us being available! Events less than a month notice will be taken based on demand for the month and a rush planning fee will apply.

SETUP TIME

Our average setup time is to 2 hours depending on the package. We are able to setup before you arrive or at the same time as your arrival, it's up to you!

LOCATIONS

We service the Denver Metro area! If you're not sure, just ask. We do accommodate setups in the mountains for a travel fee. We set up at Airbnb's, VRBO's, Hotels, private residences, restaurants/bars and at event venues.

BUDGET

Our packages vary based on needs but we recommend budgeting a minimum of $500. Keep in mind all of our packages are fully customizable!
